Welcome to Red Thread Bows. I started making bows because I either couldn't find the bow to match an particular outfit or, if I did find it, I couldn't afford it. I offer custom bows so you can match that special outfit and you will not have to break open any piggy banks to afford it. I offer high quality at wallet friendly prices.

I love unusual colors and patterns on ribbon, so you never know what you will find for sale. I am also a digital scrapper and quilter, so I like to play with color combinations you will not see elsewhere.

Shipping Information

I ship all items USPS with a tracking number. All items are sent first class mail so they will arrive on average between 3-5 days after they ship. You will get an e-mail from me when they ship, which will include your tracking number so you can follow their path to you.

All bows are packaged so they will not be crushed. For most bows, this means a small box inside a large mailing envelope or a small box. Larger orders will be packaged together inside one bigger box.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I try my very best to represent all items accurately. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact me. But please note, hair items can not be returned once they are worn.

Returns are accepted only in the event that a bow was damaged during transit or was misrepresented in some way on the website. Returns must be authorized by contacting me directly and merchandise must not have been worn.

Extra Information

You may notice that my photos have been retouched. I do not alter the item for sale in any way, only the background. If the lighting causes the color to be mis-represented, I do adjust the lighting so that it better reflects the actual item. You can be sure that the pictures are as accurate to the item as they can possibly be.
