Shipping Information

I ship everything by Canada Post Monday - Friday. Packages will go out within 3 business days of your cleared Paypal payment. Outside of Canada, deliveries might take up to 14 business days to arrive.

Jewellery will be packaged as flat as possible to keep shipping costs down. Light packets must not exceed 20mm including packaging! So I will only use boxes for very thick or delicate pieces, in which case the shipping will be higher.

**Please be aware of your Country's import tax and duties - buyer is responsible for those fees, if any.**

Shipping costs may include exchange rate (I pay postage in CDN$), HST (Harmonzied Sales Tax - this does not show on postage but I must pay it to Canada Post), and packaging. I do not charge for everything (handling,travel,extra packaging), but costs involve more than the face postage value.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns? For health and hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. Please check the pictures carefully and feel free to contact me with any questions before you buy.
Other items can be returned within 2 weeks in original condition, for store credit or a refund LESS shipping cost. Please contact me before returning.

Extra Information

Vintage jewellery, and vintage beads used to make new jewellery may show signs of age. This is normal and part of the charm. I will do my best, however, to describe any defects, missing stones, etc.
