ALLERGY ALERT: My home is a completely smoke-free environment. We do have a cat. This home contains peanut butter. It isn't smeared all over everything, and I don't use it in and around my products, but it is in the house and we eat it. I just felt that those with allergies have the right to know this. :)
Shipping Information
I ship via USPS, usually Priority but sometimes First Class if it is light enough and occasionally parcel post. If you want a specific class, please contact me ahead of time and we can arrange it.
As many of my products are made to order, it can take me up to five business days to get your package in the mail. If it will be longer than this for any reason, I will contact you and give you the option to cancel! :)
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of bath & body products, I can not accept returns. However, I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so if there are any issues, please contact me ASAP so I can accommodate you!
My policy on lost packages is that I will recreate the order for you and mail it free of charge, but I might request you pay tracking and insurance on the replacement package. Thankfully, in my several years of selling online, I have only ever had one package never make it to its destination! (Now that I've put it in writing, watch everything go bonkers).
