Welcome to my policies. I try to keep a variety of crafty things in my shop. All requests are welcome. The items that come from animals are all clean and safe.
Shipping Information
I ship withing 3 days of your payment.
Packing each item so it arrives safe is my top priority.
Most of the time I use Priority Mail.
To help keep your shipping costs down I will use USPS first class on most of the smaller things.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I will describe the item to the best of my ability.
I only accept returns if I have misrepresented the item in the description.
You have 3 days to return an item, please include shipping label when returning an item.
I do not give cash back. All returns are in gift certificates (credit). Your items will have delivery confirmation to help in cases of lost items.
If your item arrives damaged get in contact with me so I can send you the proper forms to fill out from the post office.
