Communication is key - if you need/want more information on one of my listings, please ask.

I'd like to think that if you commit to buy, you'll also commit to paying! I hope that you'll pay for your purchase(s) within 2/3 days or let me know if payment is delayed for some reason.

Your item will be shipped to you on the next working day after payment has been received. If anything changes, I'll let you know.

All items will be appropriately packaged with the greatest of care, as if these were my children, leaving home for the first (and last) time.... in some ways I think of all my creations as my babies, so this shouldn't come as a surprise! =)

If you wish to commission a piece of art, please note that I shall ask for a deposit of 50% of the total price.

Shipping Information

Shipping on ALL items is FREE WORLDWIDE - i.e. built into the selling price. Bear in mind if you are an overseas customer, that it may take a week - 10 days for your purchase to arrive.

If your item is delayed in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to find its location and how much longer it will be. Not all items are trackable though...

If you would like to have extra insurance for your purchase, please let me know and I will find out how much extra that will cost and let you know what the options are. Then if you want to go ahead, I can add that to your final invoice.

Please note, that International buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may apply.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, you have that right and I will refund your money, (less the postage cost to me), provided you return it in its original condition. I want you to be completely happy and delighted with your purchase, so that we can build a good strong relationship for the future.

Extra Information

All paintings are shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity, and a note of explanantion about the inspiration behind the piece - if applicable! Sometimes I sign artwork on the reverse, or on the side... but I always sign it!
