♥ Welcome to Rough Magic Creations, where you'll find handmade jewelry and gifts from the coast of Maine. I'm an uprooted Texan, working with my husband Joe in a tiny Down East village. Joe loves wood and metal, I design jewelry. We're both beachcombers and forest explorers. Together we create our own brand of Rough Magic.

Here are a few tips about ordering from my shop:
♥ Please be sure your Zibbet "Ship To" address matches the address your provide PayPal.
♥ As soon your PayPal payment has cleared (and my little local P.O. is open), I'll mail your purchase to you.
~~~~ If you don't submit your PayPal payment when making your purchase, I'll contact you. If I haven't heard from you after 2 days, we'll (regretfully) cancel the sale and return the items to our shop, where you may reorder them if they haven't sold.

Shipping Information

♥ Except where noted in the listings, I ship by USPS first class. If you'd like to upgrade to priority or express mail, please contact me before submitting your order!
♥ If the actual cost of mailing is less than you've paid (and your overpayment is more than $1.00), I'll send you a PayPal refund.
♥ If I believe your package needs insurance, I'll cover it at my own expense.
♥ For international shipping policies and postage rates, please contact me.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

♥ I want you to be delighted with your purchases from Rough Magic Creations! Except for some custom pieces and all earrings, which are not returnable, you may return any item, in its original condition and carefully packaged, within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping costs. Please contact me in advance to let me know you are returning a piece. All sales become final 10 days after delivery, and after that time all items are non-returnable.
