Welcome to Rough Rock Jewelry....
My Designs and Creations are a combination of the earth's gorgeous geology and man's wonderful desire to create all things sparkly :)
Only natural stone is used (no dyed), along with crystal, glass, and metal beads. All of my jewelry can be customized to color, length/size, or metal preferences (due to allergy).

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:
Items usually ship within 3-4 business days after payment receipt. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, unless otherwise requested. Insurance can be added for an additional amount at the buyer's request.

Everywhere Else:
Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail without tracking and insurance. Registered mail is extra and can be purchased at checkout.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries.

All packages will be sent to your Etsy address - please make sure it matches your PayPal address.
If this is a gift, please contact me for gift-wrapping and shipping options.

****Please Note*****
All packages are sent from the studio in good condition. The pieces are packaged as securely as possible, but I nor Rough Rock Jewelry LLC will be held responsible for any damage incurred or loss/theft during the shipping process.

In the event your package does not arrive in a timely manner (ie. 10 business days after it's been shipped), please contact the studio at 734-620-3770.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Absolute satisfaction with your new purchase is my goal.
Any opportunities with a purchase will be handled on an individual basis.
***Please Note****
If an item is returned, it must be sent back to the studio in it's original packaging and unopened at the buyers' expense.
Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. Custom orders are also not returnable.

Extra Information

All items listed in the shop are handmade by me. Any stone used is natural and undyed (unless noted).
Custom order requests will require a 50% downpayment to ensure buyer takes ownership.
