Being a jewelry designer myself has enabled me to chose quality beads and findings that are not only beautiful but extremely functional. I hope you love them all as much as I do!

Many of my findings are handmade and might therefore vary slightly in size. I measure as accurately as possible.

Shipping Information

Your order will arrive in a bubble envelope or for a large order possibly a priority mail box. Each separate type of finding will be in its own Ziploc labeled with the item number for your convenience. Included in each bag is a 3M anti-tarnish strip. They are wonderful and last up to 2 years. I use them for all of my metals.

I ship to the address PayPal supplies for you. If you would like your purchase to go to a different address please enter it in the "send gift to" area on Paypal prior to completing your payment. This seller protection requirement by Paypal also protects the Paypal account holder.

I ship USPS 1st class mail and delivery confirmation is included in my domestic shipping charge.

I will ship to any country that allows silver, gold vermeil and gold filled imports. If you are not in one of the countries showing a shipping fee please contact me. In some cases registered mail will be required. There are certain countries that packages go missing too often for my comfort.

Included in my shipping cost is the price of packaging materials.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns for refunds and exchanges. The original sale price, minus shipping, will be credited. Please email me within three days of receiving your order if you would like to send something back. The item(s) MUST be received back within 10 days in the original condition and packaging. I highly recommend that you insure returns since I can not be responsible for missing packages.

All sales are final on special orders.

Extra Information

NJ sales tax of 7% will be added by Paypal for all NJ shipping addresses. If you provide me with a copy of your sales tax certificate I will refund the tax promptly.

Canadian orders can take as little as 6 days and up to 4 weeks for delivery. Customs, duties and brokerage fees are the responsible of the buyer for any out of the US shipments.

Your order will generally ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Once again- please make sure your paypal ship to address is correct.
