Thank you for visiting Sakura Bath & Body! Please read all shop policies before making your purchase.
All orders will be shipped via USPS Monday - Friday, except National Holidays. Your product will be shipped 2-5 days after payment. In addition, please remember that the USPS can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to ship your package. If you have not received your package within this time frame, PLEASE contact me so I can help track it down.
Insurance is optional, please contact me if you are interested in adding shipping insurance to your order. Sakura Bath & Body products are safely packaged, however, I cannot be held responsible for damage after it leaves my hands.
IMPORTANT SUMMER HEAT ADVISORY: Certain items (soaps and lip balms) may be more prone to melt en route to warmer climates. Packages often sit on postal trucks or in a hot mailbox and I have no control over shipping conditions once your package leaves my hands. If you DO receive soft soaps or lip balms, please put them in the freezer or refridgerator for 30-60 minutes, or until the item is firm again. To help alleviate some of the issue, please track your package and take it out of your mailbox as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may have your package shipped to a different address (i.e. your office), where someone can intercept the package immediately, instead of leaving the package in a hot mailbox all day. I apologize for any inconvenience and I truly appreciate your business!
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is very important to me, so if you have an issue with any product, please contact me to discuss further options.
