Samsart's Shop Policies

Welcome to my policies page.
Here I will talk to you about my shipping information, how I package my items, my returns policies and what to do if any items arrive to you damaged.
At The Artwork of Sam Dunford all items are original artwork and hand made prints by the Artist Sam Dunford. I aim to provide you with affordable artwork for your home that you can be proud of.

Shipping Information

I use Royal Mail for my shipping. For UK buyers your items will be sent out first class which usually takes around 2 working days to arrive.
For buyers outside the UK I will use Airmail for shipment, this normally takes around 5 working days to arrive.
Original paintings are packaged with bubble wrap and covered in cardboard to protect from any damages.
All prints are packaged with cardboard and are stamped with "PLEASE DO NOT BEND".

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to return your item, you can do so by contacting me within 7 working days of receipt of payment. Please re-package your item and send to me to the address I will provide you. Once I have recieved the item back safely I will refund your money through Paypal minus the delivery charge. All return postage costs are the buyers responsibility and will not be refunded.

If you recieve a damaged item, then notify me as soon as possible. If you can I would appreciate any photographic evidence of the damage before sending it back to me.
I will then ask you to return the damaged item to me to the address I will supply and will then offer you a refund or an exchange.
Every care is taken to prevent any damages to my artwork and prints.
