Shipping Information

Shipping costs to Canada are $1.25. Shipping costs to the USA are $2.00. Shipping costs everywhere else is $4.75. I only charge for the first item shipped - extra items ship free with the first item.

Canada Post guidelines suggest that it takes between 4 and 6 business days to ship to the USA, and between 4 and 7 business days to ship Internationally. These times are not guaranteed by Canada Post, and I can not guarantee them either. It is not unusual for shipping to the States to take up to 10 or more business days, and more for international shipping. If you need your items to arrive sooner, please convo me, and I can make a reserved listing for you including expedited shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING shipping is available at reasonable rates that are listed at the bottom of each item description. Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to to your order nor will we help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as “gift” in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is a felony.

In an effort to be environmentally conscious, I will re-use shipping materials when possible (only if they are clean and fragrance free). If your purchase is a gift, or if you'd prefer new shipping materials, please state that in the message to seller.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for whatever reason you are not happy, you have 7 days after you receive your purchase to return it. I will replace (where possible), repair or refund if your item arrives not as described. Please return the item to me to receive the refund or replacement. Please do not hesitate to contact me with a concern or a question.
