All items are either handmade/painted by me or brand new straight from the printers/framers. My home studio is smoke and pet free so those with allergies or sensitivities need not be concerned.

Shipping Information

** I ship to the address you provide via PayPal. Please be sure your Zibbet and PayPal addresses match. **
Items will be shipped within 3 working days of purchase.
Allow 3 to 7 business days for UK delivery, and 7 to 14 days for other countries.
*Some items in the shop are printed to order, I will post the item/s (after signing) as soon as they arrive to me, so please add at least a week to these shipping times.
I will gladly ship anywhere in the world. I estimate postal charges and sometimes this leads to an overcharge for base shipping, or combined shipping. I will refund any inaccuracy over £1. Items will only be insured if requested. Please send me a message and wait for an updated invoice before you pay.
I may use recycled items for shipping where they are available. I always make sure that reused items are clean and in good condition. If you do not wish recycled packaging please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
*I will email you when your order has been despatched.
*I'm happy to include gift notes if your purchase is to be shipped directly to a gift recipient.
*Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is paramount. I do my best to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me.
*For refunds and exchanges, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of article.
Refunds are made provided I receive the item in the condition it was
originally sent.
* Shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
* If your item(s) arrives damaged, I will ask you to take a photograph and return it to me in the original packing if at all possible. Exchanges must be returned in their original, mint condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of arrival. Exchanges that are returned in damaged condition will not be honoured.
*Returns will not be accepted due to customs taxes, fees or duties.
*I'll also accept items for exchange, should you want a different piece.
After 14 days, returns are accepted for exchange only.
After 45 days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Exception : Custom orders are NOT returnable or refundable.
