My guarantee to you is to provide a great shopping experience at Savvy Silver. I am passionate about jewelry making and hope that passion is apparent in the pieces I create. Even more important, however, is that my customers ♥ the jewelry they buy from Savvy Silver.
All items are 100% guaranteed against breakage with normal wear for 3 months. If there is a problem, please contact me as soon as you are aware of such problem. I promise to do everything reasonable to ensure your satisfaction. :) Feel free to contact me through this shop with any questions!

6.5% sales tax is added to purchases made by customers in Ohio.
I accept Paypal funds, Mastercard, Visa, DiscoverCard, and American Express, ALL via the Paypal payment page. (Paypal allows you to make payment without registering for an account - simply scroll down after you submit your order and click the "Pay Now" button - opt for using the credit card of your choice)

✿ I would love to ship out of the country but the shipping charges are quite expensive when abiding by International Customs Laws, which have very specific prohibitions & shipping restrictions for jewelry, precious metals & gemstones.

Purchases are shipped within 3 days AFTER I verify receipt of payment. Although packages normally arrive in a few days, I CANNOT guarantee how long it will take the USPS to deliver your package once I have shipped it to you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I have a hassle free return policy ... if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, with your return request. You will be expected to return the item within 10 days postmarked from your delivery confirmation date to receive a refund.
PLEASE CONTACT ME thru this shop, not my e-mail. Once you have contacted me, I will reply with the details on HOW to make a return.

✿ BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS - SavvySilver is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items returned by Buyer (insure your package to protect yourself or accept the risk of lost money from not insuring the item(s) you return).
Once I receive the item(s), I will give a full refund, MINUS original SHIPPING CHARGES (shipping charges are non-refundable), as long as the jewelry is still in its original condition (no scratches/alterations/broken jewelry).*

I DO NOT accept returns on any Custom Orders nor on items in which you've requested me to make any adjustments or changes. I also do not accept returns on items that are listed as nonrefundable in the individual listing for that piece of jewelry.

SavvySilver requires full payment prior to beginning work on any custom order. All sales are final. Custom Orders are NONREFUNDABLE & NONRETURNABLE.

Rings cannot be resized. Please be sure you know your ring size, or the gift recipient's, before purchasing a ready to ship ring or ordering a custom made one.

DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS
**************************
Everything at SavvySilver is INSURED, whether via the USPS or Self-insured (same charge for Buyer, regardless). This means that if anything is lost or damaged during shipment, you are fully protected as a Buyer ...
You will receive either a refund, a store credit, a repair or replacement of your item(s) at no additional cost to you.
When a package is insured and shipped via the USPS, I must comply with the USPS policies in filing a claim. If your package gets lost, I will reimburse you in one way or another, after the USPS's 21 day insurance wait period, as long as you comply with the USPS policies in filing a claim.
✿ When do I Self insure? Usually, when it is a piece of jewelry that I can recreate (repeat in design). I personally take on the risk of your order arriving to you safely.
✿ When do I purchase USPS insurance? When it is an item that cannot easily be replaced or replicated.
♥ ♥ BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY ♥ ♥
If an item is missing from your package or damaged during transit, contact me IMMEDIATELY and save EVERYTHING!
Because many of the items I ship are insured via the USPS, the Seller & Buyer must adhere to their requirements, when applicable.
USPS requires you, as the Buyer, to file the insurance claim with them. Additionally, the Buyer is required to bring the packaging and all contents to the USPS when he/she files that claim. If you Buyer does not, I cannot be reimbursed ... which means I will not be able to reimburse the Buyer for the loss or damage! THANK YOU!! :)
♥ ♥ DEFECTIVE ITEMS ♥ ♥
If the damage is due to faulty/defective construction (meaning the jewelry item is NOT damaged due to shipment), please contact me immediately upon receipt of the item.
You will need to provide
(1) your full name,
(2) a clear photo of the damaged item,
(3) the date you purchased the item and
(4) a description of it
so I can find it in my records. Once I receive this information and the item is returned, I will refund, repair, offer a store credit or replace your purchase. :)
