Shipping Information
I ship via USPS. Items will be shipped within 48 hours of your order unless there is a holiday. Insurance must be requested and will be added onto the bill. I ship first class - priority can be requested for an extra charge. All of my flat items are shipped with a piece of cardboard for stabilization.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I will replace items that arrive damaged - keep in mind a lot of my items are 1 of a kind so something similar items will be substituted. I do ask for pictures of the damages. Slight flaws due to items being hand made are not considered damages. I use delivery confirmation with tracking numbers in the hopes of avoiding lost in transit. I am not responsible for lost in transit but will help track items.
