Scrivener's Retreat offers toys that are safe for your pets. For this reason, I choose not to use hard, plastic eyes that your pet might chew off and swallow. However, no toy is completely safe. Please use with supervision and dispose of a toy if it becomes too ragged.

Please join my mailing list (can be found at my website scrivenersretreat.com) or check back often for new products. I have a whole list of items I will be slowly rolling out to the public.

Shipping Information

For domestic addresses, I ship First Class USPS with delivery confirmation. For heavier items, I may ship Priority or Parcel Post, depending on how much you were charged for shipping. For International addresses, I use First Class International. Delivery Confirmation (a tracking number) is usually not available unless a high-priced shipping method is used. If you would like this additional service, convo or email me either before or right after purchase, and I will calculate the extra cost and send you an invoice. Shipping to Canada is usually 1-2 weeks, and everywhere else may take a month.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

For refunds due to damaged items, contact me as soon as possible upon receipt of the item. If your pet destroys the toy I made within 30 days of purchase, contact me with photos, and I will either issue a refund or send a replacement toy. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Please do not purchase my toys if you have a pet who is known to tear fabric. I will be heartbroken, and so will you.

Extra Information

I am happy to do custom orders. My most popular requests are for custom bedding and stuffed ferrets. If you would like custom bedding, visit http://hancockfabrics.com to choose your fabric. I usually charge 2.5 times the cost of the fabric used. Five-piece bedding sets usually need 2 yards of both cotton and fleece. Please factor this into your budget when inquiring.

I welcome wholesale inquiries. For information and pricing, please convo or email me, but be prepared to share your business license number to prove your validity. I only wholesale to brick & mortar shops, not internet stores.

All fabric used is exempt from CPSIA testing and is made from either 100% cotton or 100% polyester.
