Shipping Information

-I ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail (for large orders) and UPS.
-Delivery confirmation (or Tracking Number) will be to added and I will convo you the number after your item has been shipped. I like to make sure you get your item. :)
-I do not include an invoice. If you would like one please convo me.
-Your order will ship within one to three business days after I have received your payment.
-The environment is important to me so I save and reuse all of the packing materials that I receive.
-At this time only my Lip Balm is available for international shipping. I hope to be able to include all of my products soon.

-Hot Weather: Many of my products are sensitive to heat so, therefore, in the summer, if you receive your products and they are a little soft, don’t worry, just leave them in a cool room and they will harden right up.

-Mailing Address: I will be shipping all orders to the address provided through ZIBBET. Please e-mail if you would like your order sent to another address.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of my products I cannot accept returns. However if there is any issue with your product I will be more than happy to work out a solution. Please contact me, before leaving feedback. ☺

If you have any issue with your order, you have 15 days from the date you receive your products to contact me. After that time I will assume that you are completely satisfied.

Extra Information

-My products are all natural. The only preservative I add to my products is vitamin E. They have a shelf life of one year or longer if the product has witch hazel in it. Keep out of extreme light and heat. Never leave in a hot car, as this will cause spoilage of product.

-Lip Balms are hand poured into their tubes and on small occasion I do not get a "perfect" pour (sometimes I pour too much wax into the tube and have to scrape off the excess) If your lip balm does not have a "perfect" pour it will look different from my other balms but it is perfectly fine to use and enjoy! :)
