Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All items returned to The Serenity Jewelry Company will be be created with STORE CREDIT! We will pay for the return shipping however if you are unhappy with your jewelry for whatever reason. There will be absolutely NO cash refunds of any kind. All exchanges must be approved by Owner, and may take up to 5 buisness days to be approved.

I guarantee all my Jewelry 100%. For any reason you are not satisfied I will personally do whatever it takes to make you happy. All jewelry is backed with a ONE YEAR warrenty, and will be replaced free of charge. There will be a S&H charged for all replacements.
