Welcome to Shacara Jewels. Customer service is very important to me and I aim to give every customer excellent service and a smooth transaction.
Payment
I accept Paypal for payment which is required at the time of checkout.
Shipping Information
Items are shipped within 3-4 days of payment received. Items within Australia are shipped by regular post and outside Australia, regular airmail is used.
If your item gets lost in the mail, please contact me and we can work out a replacement.
If you receive an item that has received damage in the post I will do my utmost to send you a replacement if you return the damaged item to me.
Please contact me for insurance or expediated postage costs.
I aim to keep postage as low as possible for my customers so please convo me if you have any questions.
IMPORTANT!! BRIDES & BRIDAL PARTIES: Please allow plenty of time for your order to be shipped if you live outside Australia as Express services to the rest of the world are expensive.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Items can only be returned if there is a mistake made by me in the order sent, not for change of mind. Custom orders are not returnable due to the unique nature of each piece and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If a mistake is made by me with the order, please return the package for a replacement within 4 days and a refund will be issued for the postage to me.
