Shipping Information

Any item listed in my store will be shipping within 24 hours of purchase, unless I notify you otherwise. Custom made items, such as rings, please allow 2 days for the item to be shipped. Rarely, circumstances come up and I cannot ship within these time frames - if this is the case I will message you and let you know the status of your order.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All items in my shop are 100% guaranteed! The most important thing to me is that you are satisfied with your purchase. An item can be returned for a full refund at any time for any reason - but I'd love to hear from you as to why, as it helps me improve my business. Also - any item can be repaired, resized or replaced at no extra cost - you would only have to ship the original item back to me.
