Shipping Information

Most orders will be shipped via First Class through USPS.

All domestic order will come with Delivery Confirmation. If larger orders are purchased, they will most likely be able to fit in a flat rate padded envelope.

International orders will be shipped via First Class through USPS. Delivery confirmation or insurance is not available for First Class. If you would like to upgrade to Priority and add these options, please message us. Please note that your package will take time to arrive, sometimes taking as long as a month.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, you are agreeing that once the package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do take returns. However, the items being returned MUST be in the same state they arrived to you in, i.e. no missing pieces. We will not be able to accept returns if you purchased only 1 sheet, unless NONE of the pieces were removed. (This includes taking a piece off, then sticking it back on). If more than one sheet was purchased, we will refund for the remaining sheets purchased, granted they are fully intact. The refund will be for the items returned, less shipping.
