Welcome to Silver Dragon Creations by Patricia C Vener where you will find opulent works of art to wear and display.

My art is the transitory beauty and power of nature frozen in time, combining the emotive interaction, sometimes battle, of color, texture, and finish with the scientific abstractions of placement, experimentation, and creativity. The dynamics of nature inspires an emotional outcry through disparate media of paint, canvas, and paper on the one hand and beads, cabochons, and thread on the other. Subtleties of nature are my preferred subject matter, the small details revealing themselves only to those who take the time to look closely and carefully.

Shipping Information

Shipping in the USA is via USPS First Class Mail for items under $40.00 and USPS First Class, Parcel Post for items over $40.00 with insurance included for items over $50.00 USD. If you desire Priority Mail, please contact me to arrange that.

International shipping is via USPS International First Class and include insurance from a third party insurer. Also, please be aware that you are responsible for all customs and other duties and taxes your country places on incoming items. I also cannot be responsible for damage done by customs agents.

Inadvertent overcharges of shipping costs will be refunded.

I ship within 48 hours of payment clearing except for Mondays and any days the Post Office is closed.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returns on purchases made in the USA can be made for a period of up to 3 days after date of receipt (defined as the date the Post Office states the delivery to you was made) as long as the item is in the same pristine condition as when bought. Returns will be for credit towards future purchases or an exchange and will not include shipping or shipping related fees. Return shipping and insurance (required for items valued at or above $40.00 USD) costs are also to be borne by the customer.) But please contact me first - tell me why you are returning it. I want to work with you to ensure your purchases are perfect. Further, no refund will be made without this pre-authorization.

Supplies sales are final so please be sure to ask any questions you might have before making your supplies purchase.

Due to the complexity and extended length of travel, all International sales are final.

Extra Information

Connecticut residents must pay 6% sales tax on their purchases (NOT ON SHIPPING).

Commissions are undertaken with a 50% deposit.

Layaways are accepted for purchases over $45.00.

ALL ITEMS COME FROM NON-SMOKING, PET FREE, HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT.

I will repair any item for a period of up to one year from date of purchase should there be any flaw in the construction.
