Deep, rich copper wire has been transformed into an elegant and earthy spiral wire ring. I chose to oxidize this ring to give it a rich texture and patina, and to really make the spiral stand out. The ring is made from on continuous piece of copper wire. It was tumbled for several hours to both harden the metal and to soften any edges so that it won't snag on anything. This ring is a size 8. I strive for excellence in design and construction in all of my handmade rings and take great care when designing and making a jewelry piece.
