Everything you see here is lovingly handmade by me and no two items are exactly alike. I encourage custom orders and welcome your ideas. If you don't see something in my shop that you think fits your needs, but would like me to tweak an item that comes close and make it uniquely yours, please message me. I'm sure we can put our heads together and come up with something you will love.

I am happy to include gift wrapping and a gift note if your purchase is being sent directly to the recipient. Please let me know in the notes to seller. This is a courtesy and is free of charge.

Shipping Information

I seek to ship all orders other than custom and personalized items within 3 business days of receiving the order and can take up to 5 additional days in transit. Bridal hangers and customized items require at least a week (7 days) and possibly more to have ready for packaging to ship. Please allow up to 3 weeks for these items. If you are in a hurry, please message me and I will see what I can work out. This may incur and additional fee and I will notify you what those charges are as soon as I am able.

I use USPS for all my shipping. I strive to diligently package your items so they will arrive to you in the same condition they left my shop.

Custom hangers ship USPS Priority within the USA. I can add insurance or expedited shipping if you'd like for an additional fee.

I am not accepting international orders at the moment, but keep checking back. That could change in a heart beat. If you message me, maybe you'll be the one to change that policy.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges can be given on non-personalized items if you contact me within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Personalized items can only be refunded if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Postage to return the item is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

PERSONALIZED HANGERS:
***In the box for notes when you check out, please specify the DATE you need the order to arrive by and PHRASE that you would like. Also include the date of the event.

COLORS: Light maple wood or dark cherry wood are available right now, but black, white, ivory, or another color request can be made available if extra time is allowed for the order to be complete.

PHRASE: Max is about 11 characters, including spaces, if all lowercase. A capitalized letter takes two character places. Please specify exactly how you would like the wording to appear.
