Simply Tempted Bath & Body Co. started out as the brain child of Karen Reed and her husband Duncan, a little more than 6 years ago.
This simple and elegant undertaking focused on bringing women together, through personal care and home scenting products that pamper the mind, body and soul.

Pursuing the dream of one day opening her own boutique, Karen’s attention to detail is surpassed by the dedication of bringing her customers the highest quality raw goods…and ultimately, the very best products found in the marketplace today.
Her vision of quality and self pampering is evident throughout the Simply Tempted Bath & Body website. With her husband by her side, and her Representatives across the globe…they gather together to promote products they believe wholeheartedly in.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via airmail, and are mailed out approximately 2 to 5 business days after your payment has been received/cleared.
The average shipping times range from 4 to 10 business days. We are not responsible for returned parcels due to incorrect addresses being provided.

Tracking numbers are not provided unless insurance is purchased, or an express method of shipment is chosen. If you wish to receive insurance, please contact us directly for a quote.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
At Simply Tempted Bath & Body Co., your satisfaction is our #1 goal! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have it refunded or replaced.
We do not pay for items being shipped back to us for a refund or exchange, or for original shipping charges...we refund the product price only.
If returning products to us, they must not be tampered with or used. All items must be sealed, and in re-stocking condition. We will not accept unsealed products for return.
