SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE within the US and Canada.
Usual shipping for most jewelry is USPS Standard. Upgrade any order to FirstClass/Priority Mail will cost an extra US US $4.00 but please convo me for before purchasing if you require priority mail.
I ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment or notice of payment clearing.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
I am happy to ship any where my products can be legally imported. Many countries prohibit or restrict importation of jewelry, stones and precious metals, so please check your customs regulations. If you would like to see what items are prohibited or restricted to your country, you can find the information here: http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immctry.htm. You as the buyer are responsible for any customs duties, VATs, or import taxes.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Damaged Items; If your jewelry was damaged during shipping please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can work through the cause of damage and rectify the issue.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If a return or exchange is agreed upon, please package the item carefully to ensure it is delivered in its original condition. They are sent back at your expense unfortunately.
Please note that for sanitary reasons earrings can not be returned.
