Shipping Information

Shipping charges for candles can be scary! They are so heavy, it is very expensive to ship one item. No worries! I will ship flat rate whenever possible. Any shipping overcharges in excess of $1.00 will be refunded.

I will only ship candles on Monday and Tuesday during summer months. I don't want you to get soy candles that are all gooey and melted. It has never happened but I don't want to take the chance!

Soap is less expensive to ship. Each bar weighs approximately 4 ounces. One bar will ship for $2.24 or I can ship 4 bars in a small flat rate box for $4.95.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I take great care in packaging your order. Sometimes, due to mishandling by the shipper or other factors, damage will occur. If you receive a damaged package please do not remove anything from the box, keep the packaging intact, the shipping carrier will want to see it. Contact me immediately via E-mail. Include your order number and list the damage. I will follow up with the shipping carrier and try to resolve ASAP. This must be done within the first 24 hours of receiving the shipment. If no contact is made, I will assume that your order arrived safely.
