I am honored when you choose to purchase my work with so many choices available. I have a strong belief in customer service and am grateful to have your confidence and trust. My policies revolve around the way I want to be treated as a customer, so you can rely on being treated well.
I'm happy to answer any questions while you're considering a purchase and will remain available to you after the purchase. I sincerely want you to love my work, purchase it to enjoy in your home; and come back for more!
Custom orders are welcome. See something you like but need different colors? Have an idea in mind but can't find it anywhere? Send me a note and let's talk about it!
Need gift wrap? It's complimentary - just send a note requesting it!
Shipping Information
I use Fed Ex Ground and USPS to deliver your orders. My artwork is double boxed for shipping to insure safe delivery to your home. Depending on which part of the country you're in, shipping only takes a few business days.
If you'd like insurance (for a few dollars more) please let me know.
Tracking via Fed Ex is free, and available for a slight fee with USPS.
International orders are welcome, please contact me for shipping rates to your country. Let me know which pieces you're interested in and I'll add the correct shipping amount right on the product page for you. All International customers are responsible for any duty and/or customs fees that may be requested upon arrival of your package.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I want you to be thrilled with my art glass when you receive it. If for any reason you are not, I am happy to accept returns and exchanges within ten business days. Please contact me immediately to discuss return or exchange options. Sadly, shipping fees can not be included with refunds.

I am the Mom of a Mom & Pop Glass Studio. Pop does the books and I do everything else. From design to production, marketing, shipping, ordering supplies, and all it takes to run a small business.
All my work is original and copyrighted. If you'd like to use an image for any reason, please ask permission.
