Shipping Information

I accept Paypal (Credit, Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Amex cards. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can choose the Paypal option and simply use a credit card for payment.

Please make sure your PayPal address and ArtFire address are the same to avoid delayed shipping and confusion. If they're not the same please leave a message in notes to seller upon checkout, specifying which address you would like your order shipped to.

I will ship your purchase within 24 to 48 hours of payment. I'll be sure to send a confirmation e-mail or convo letting you know when your order was shipped.

To save the earth and keep the cost down so buyers don't pay extra, all items are sent via USPS in protective padded envelopes.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I do not accept refunds or exchanges for multiple financial and sanitary purposes; however, if you are not satisfied with the items, I will be more than happy to work things out. Please contact me in advance if you have any questions about returning/exchanging an item. Shipping is not refoundable.
