Hello and thanks for visiting The StyleKittie Jewelry Studio!
Almost every item can be modified to fit as needed, earwires changed to posts, posts to earwires, necklaces lengthened, shortened (small fee may apply), etc. Items can also be separated from sets. Simply email me with any requests or questions.
Shipping Information
Currently, all items are SHIPPED FREE via USPS First Class Mail within the United States. It is your responsibility to insure your purchase. If you wish to purchase insurance through USPS please contact me. Substitution for Priority Mail is available at a reduced rate. Please message me with your request as an extra charge will apply.
Shipping for all other countries, except Italy (*see below), $6.75 for first item and $2.50 each additional item.
It is YOUR responsibility to know your countries customs policies as I am not responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of them.
*Italy - Due to USPS stated restrictions all orders must be sent Priority Mail International and must be insured.
Items are normally sent the next business day after receiving your cleared payment.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Kittie Craftsmanship Policy:
I stand behind my work 110%!! Since any issue that may arise will need to be taken on a case by case basis I ask that you contact me prior to leaving feedback. I will make every effort to make your purchase a happy one! I will Repair, Replace or Refund! I love what I do and I want you to love what I do too!
While all items are awaiting their new homes they are kept in a sealed plastic container within individual sealed bags containing tarnish inhibitors. All in a smoke and pet free environment.
Extra Information
Requests for any custom made piece(s) will require a down payment before the piece(s) will be made.

We make every effort to reduce our paw print...and our footprint =D When able, we re-use shipping containers and attempt to ship multiple purchases in one package. Your purchase will also not contain a paper copy of your invoice unless you request one.
