Shipping Information

We Make To Order and will ship within 72 hours of payment receipt and clearance of checks. We will always ship through the Canadian Postal Service, however deliveries can take upto 1 week in North America and longer internationally. Please contact for any special arrangements.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Payments can be made through Paypal, a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you don't need to sign up to use their service, and can pay directly through their site by credit card.

Canadian residents will be charged appropriate taxes. Orders should be paid for within 72 hours of invoice receipt. Please contact us if there is a delay or problems with Paypal.
You can also send us a personal cheque but please contact us first and bear in mind that the shipment will be delayed until the cheque is cleared.
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Please contact us if appropriate.

Extra Information

We always try to ensure the shipping costs are reasonable especially when multiple purchases are involved. If there is an unintentional overcharge for shipping we will refund any amount over $1.00.
