Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail within 48 hours after receipt of payment. If you would like to upgrade the shipping on your order to Priority or Express mail, or add insurance, please contact me before placing your order for pricing.
All orders will be shipped to the Zibbet receipt address and not the Paypal receipt address.
Shipping Information
All items are safely packaged and shipped via U.S. postal service. If you prefer another shipping method, please contact me with you preferred carrier and I will advise of the shipping rate.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you have received an item that is damaged or lost in transit, please message me to discuss.
