PAYMENT:
Susanclare uses only Paypal for payment method at this time. Remember, you can use your credit card, free of paypal charges, through Paypal without being a paypal member!
PRIVACY:
I do not share your mailing/contact information with anyone. Period.
I may contact you once in the future to offer you an opportunity to sign up for my newsletter.
PAYMENT DEADLINE:
If you do not complete Paypal payment transaction at time of purchase, I will email you to remind you of this necessary step to purchase. If after three days I do not receive a response from you I will cancel the transaction and return those items to my shop.
Shipping Information
SHIPPING POLICIES
Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class mail, 2 to 5 days from time of paypal payment confirmation. Thank you for your patience!
In multiple item orders I cut postage costs up to 70% after the first item - 100% postage charged for first item in order ONLY.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS:
Susanclare does not generally accept returns but there are always exceptions to this policy so please contact me with any concerns. Your satisfaction is my priority!
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your purchase should get lost during shipping or arrive damaged, please contact me right away. I will offer you option of a replacement (if this item is available) or a refund for that item via Paypal.
Extra Information
Regardless of the size of your purchase, you will ALWAYS find a little bead "treat" tucked somewhere inside of it. This is my way of thanking you for purchasing from my shop. :)
