Shipping Information

Payment:
I accept PayPal or Google Checkout. California buyers will have to pay state sales tax. If you order more than one item, I will combine shipping and package everything in one box, which may save you money on shipping depending on the weight. Payment for your purchase should be made within 24 hours. After 48 hours, the sale will be canceled and the items returned to my shop. Zibbet is not setup for Google Checkout, but if you want to pay that way, let me know which items you want, and I will send you an invoice in Google Checkout.

Shipping:
I will combine shipping if multiple items are ordered as stated above in Payment. For security, I only ship to the address specified by your payment method: Google Checkout, or PayPal. Most packages will be sent using USPS the next business day after receiving your payment; the same day if possible. I will contact you when your item is shipped so you can expect it. I can ship any order using UPS or FedEx if you like, please contact me and I will look up the shipping charges.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

For US buyers, please contact me within three days of receiving your package if there is a problem. A refund of the item price will only be made after it is returned to me. I do not charge a return or restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and since shipping is a service provided by a third party, postage cannot be refunded. International orders cannot be returned.

Extra Information

International Customers:
I do ship internationally. Please check with your post office regarding their import rules, as some of my items may not be allowed in your country. All shipping fees including import, duty, tariff, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I will fill out customs forms accurately. There are no returns on international orders. I am shipping from the United States and delivery time varies by country, but it can take several weeks for your package to arrive, longer if it gets held up in customs.

Keeping down the shipping charges:
I am very aware of the ever-escalating cost of shipping. If your order fits just right in a Flat Rate Priority Mail box, I will use that as long as the postage if sent in a regular box would be more. For smaller orders or items that just won’t fit in those Flat Rate boxes, I will use recycled boxes and packing materials. We do rely on a third party to deliver packages from my shop to your door. Given the distances covered and the relative time it takes them to deliver, their service is still a good value.

Item Availability:
Many of my items are true one-of-a-kind (OOAK) creations, as I prefer to work with rescued/recycled materials, and I couldn’t make them again, even if I wanted to. Most of my items are made available in more than one of my selling venues. I am quick to remove unique items after they are sold, but in the unexpected event that two buyers simultaneously purchase a OOAK treasure, the first to complete the financial transaction will own the item. I will make every effort to find the second buyer a suitable replacement, or refund the transaction with my sincerest apologies.

Tag Designs:
I use a Sizzix die cut machine and dies to make my tags and embellishments. These designs are copyrighted by Sizzix and used with permission per their angel policy.
