Hi and welcome to my studio. My name is Tali (rhymes with Sally) and I am the owner and designer of Tali's Creations jewelry.

I design jewelry for the woman who wants to stand out and get noticed. My designs are unique and many are one of a kind.

I design individual pieces as well as two and three piece sets. The quality of each and every one of my pieces is very important to me. From the natural stones, to the crystals, to the glass beads, to the pearls, to the metals - only high quality materials are utilized. I do not use any base metals in my pieces, only precious metals (either sterling silver (or higher) or 14-K gold filled (or higher)). I do not use any nickel, pewter, copper, gold plate, silver plate, gold tone or silver tone in my creations.

I take great pride in my work and craftsmanship. I make my jewelry to last a lifetime, not just a season.

Custom orders are welcome, I make many custom orders for my customers and I enjoy doing it. So don't hesitate to contact me if you have something specific in mind that you don't see in my store.

Shipping Information

I use USPS First Class shipping for all U.S. deliveries.

I use USPS - International for deliveries outside of the U.S.Once I have taken the package to the post office, I will send you a confirmation/tracking number for the package.

U.S. - $2.50
Canada - $3.50
United Kingdom - $4.00
All Other Countries - $5.00

Unless the jewelry is a custom order, I will ship the package out the next business day. If your order is a custom order, I will let you know how long it will take me to fulfill the order and ship the package. Please let me know if you need/want to upgrade to another form of delivery for your package.

OTHER SHIPPING METHODS

If you would like your package shipped to you via a different courier service, please let me know and I will add the shipping fee to your order.

INSURING YOUR PACKAGE

I do not normally insure my packages, and have never lost a package during delivery. But if you feel more comfortable having your package insured, please let me know and I will insure it for free (U.S. deliveries only).

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and ExchangesI hope that all my customers are satisifed with their purchase, but If you are not satisfied with your purchase once you receive it, please contact me immediately.

If your Tali's Creation doesn't fit perfectly or you would like to exchange it for something else, send it back to me. Shipping it back to me will be your expense, but the return trip will be on me.

A happy and satisfied customer is what I strive for.

Extra Information

RESIZING:

I usually make my bracelets approximately 7 inches, and my short (princess length) necklaces 17 inches. But I realize that one size never fits all.

I want my creations to fit you perfectly, so If you need a bracelet or necklace a little bigger or smaller just let me know. I will resize the piece before shipping at no extra.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I would be happy to discuss a custom order with you. Please click on the "Contact Seller" link and send me an e-mail with any custom order requests.

Once we have discussed your custom order preferences, I will quote you a price. A 50% downpayment is required before I start your custom order request.
