Tawny Bee strives to bring you the best possible product in a reasonable amount of time. I always send packages out as quick as possible (making a trip to the post office sometimes every 2 days!)

Shipping Information

I use Canada Post for all of my shipping. Within Canada, your package should arrive in 5-7 business days. To the US it may take longer, possibly 7-10 business days due to customs delays. International shipping times vary. I quote a shipping price in the order, but should the shipping cost be a lot over that amount, I reserve the right to ask purchaser to pay the difference (I will ask before I go charging you more though, so don't worry!)

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I will accept exchanges if you are unsatisfied with my product provided that you cover the cost of shipping and send the product back to me in satisfactory resale condition. I do not accept refunds or exchanges on intimate products such as cloth pads.

Extra Information

I try whenever possible to package my order in recycled materials :)
