I am highly committed to offering quality crocheted items that are made with sustainable, fair trade/labor, eco/earth friendly yarns, and that are innovative and trendy. Many of the products you find in my shop I use myself at home and sell locally.
I wanted to give you, the customer, some more information on the yarns I use, where my inspiration comes from and my experience of running my business, I will be posting this info on my Blog @ http://theartofzencrochet.blogspot.com

Patterns: I send patterns to the email on your paypal account unless otherwise specified. My patterns are ending up in Junk email folders. If you do not receive your pattern within 24 hours, please contact me. I do my utmost to give great customer service and get your patterns to you quickly. I have a system set up to ensure I send the patterns out efficiently.
I only accept Pay Pal for payment for items from my shop. Please pay promptly, the sooner you pay, the sooner I can send your item to you. If you are paying with a paypal e-check, items purchased will be held until e-check clears. If you have a special situation, you must convo me first( I really am a nice and understanding person), otherwise the sale will be canceled. Payment is due immediately upon committing to buy an item. If payment is not recieved with in 24 hours, I will attempt to contact you via Etsy Convo's. If I still cannot get a response, the sale will be canceled.

Shipping Information

All items listed are ready to be shipped unless otherwise stated or it is a custom listing. I will always try to find the most economic shipping method while getting your item to you quickly!
If you want shipping insurance please notify me, prior to purchase so that I can adjust the shipping rate in the listing.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Item must be returned unused, within 10 days of receipt. If item is proven defective, I will replace it free of charge, and reimburse you any shipping charges incurred.
There are no refunds or exchanges on patterns.

I live in a pet free/ smoke free environment.
Is this a Gift? Please just mention this in message to seller and your item will be gift wrapped.

I am willing to create custom listing for buyers to do payment plans with me for items in my shop. Please note that item(s) must be paid for in full prior shipping. I reserve the right to require certain terms be met with in reason.
If you see a pattern for an item you would like made up please convo me, so we can talk. I am more than willing to do custom pieces.
