Welcome to The Beaded Branch's Zibbet Shop! We have just a few policies that we would appreciate if you would take the time to read over before making a purchase. If you have any further questions about ordering from us, please feel free to contact us.
How we ship:
WITHIN THE US: First Class, with insurance. We have found that when shipping inside the US, this is the most cost-effective way to mail out our products. If you wish to get your products more quickly, we will ship Priority, at the cost of whichever Priority package it will fit into and will invoice you with additional postage cost. Your purchase will be shipped as soon as all invoices are paid in full. Just add a note to the seller that you want Priority Shipping.
OUTSIDE THE US: First Class International First Class might take a while longer, however, it is a much less expensive shipping option.
When we ship: Packages will not ship until the day after payment has cleared. We do shipping TWICE a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE NOTE: For international orders, please be aware that some customs fees may apply, and you will be responsible for paying them. Keep this in mind when sending a gift, don't let extra fees be part of that! Please check with your local Customs office for any charges that your package might incur as these vary from country to country. If you wish your package to be sent Priority International, please let us know and we will issue you a new invoice.
If you wish this to be a gift, and want us to ship it to an address different than your billing address, that is fine.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

A) Send us an email, explaining your problem, and if you want to exchange it or a refund.
(Shipping is non-refundable)
B) We will email you back with an approval number.
Please include a printed copy of this email when returning the jewelry.
C) We will mail you a refund check or exchange as soon as the articles are received, in as new condition.
D) Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns, including insurance.
We will not be responsible for stolen, damaged, or lost articles that are mailed uninsured.
E) ALL EXCHANGES MUST OCCUR WITHIN 60 DAYS OF WHEN IT WAS SHIPPED FROM ME.
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
