Shipping Information

I ship to the USA and Canada. My shipping days are Monday-Wednesday. Most orders ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. Hair bows are assembled upon purchase, so please allow an additional 48 for bows to ship. Purchases made Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday. I use the United States Postal Servive and normally ship by First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. I charge actual shipping costs and a small fee for packaging. I do not charge for handling or gas to drive to the post office :). All of my items are shipped in either new cardboard boxes or tear resistant envelopes to help ensure their safe arrival.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I do not accept returns on hair accessories. I work really hard to describe my products as accurate as possible. If I have grossly misrepresented an item, I will be happy to issue a full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost. The buyer must contact me first before returning the item. Although I package items properly for safe transit, sometimes damages occur. Please contact me if this happens. I can't be held responsible for mishaps due to improper handling by postal workers. But I do like satisfied customers and would be happy to assist you if I can!
