Shipping Information

Shipping is done via USPS Priority Shipping for all USA orders. Outside of the USA I use USPS as well. Insurance is always included as well as tracking information.

International shipments may incur tariffs, taxes, customs or other shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I try to get all the information and costs with regard to shipping beforehand so that you can make the best possible decision, however there are times when our governments like to surprise us. Please know that I can not be responsible for this and these fees will be your responsibility to pay.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I strive to satisfy each and every one of my customers. If you are not happy with your item please let me know ASAP so that I may correct the problem. With that in mind please know that each item is hand-created and unique. Photos in the listings are often examples. Colors and scents may differ slightly.
