Shipping Information

Please note!! If you purchase more than three or four kits I might have to ship your items in a box instead of an envelope, shipping in a box outside Europe will cost $23 . the weight of the parcel can go up to 2 kilo's so I can fit a lot in this box, you could also take your advantage here :-)

The average shipping time given by the Dutch post service for priority shipping are to the USA, Canada and Australia about 8 (working) days.
Shipping to the USA can take longer now and than because of extra safety controls in the USA, sometimes even over 30 day's..
Within Europe 3 to 5 (working) days. These figures are just averages and anomalies do occur, also keep in mind that any delay could come from Public holidays, festivity day's or any other special circumstances.
In some countries, buyers are subject to customs taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. These taxes and duties shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
I travel to the postal service within 48 hours after receiving a payment, most of the time withing 24 hours.
All sold Items will be brought very well wrapped to the post and shipped as promised, if your parcel gets lost or arrives late, I cannot help you in any way without tracking number, shipping with tracking number is very expensive and only available on special request by costumer, if also paid for by costumer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

The Old Pincushion cannot be held responsible for lost parcels or any damages to the parcel cost by weather or any post service..
