Welcome to The Soap Magician. I own, operate, and produce all items you will find in my store. I use soap-making as my own form of therapy and relaxation. I love to combine ingredients to create a synergy that is greater than the sum of its parts. Join me on my adventure as we explore many paths.

Shipping Information

I accept payment through Paypal (PayPal also allows you to make purchases using your credit card) or USPS Money Order (no personal checks).

Payment is expected upon purchase. You will have 3 days to make the payment. If after 3 days, I have not received payment or communication from you, I will cancel the sale and leave appropriate feedback.

If you are a resident of Florida, I must charge you the current sales tax rate of 7%.

Product(s) are shipped First Class or Parcel Post through USPS. Shipping method is dependent on the item and total weight. Insurance is optional. Please email me if you would like to insure your package as I am not responsible for what happens to packages after they are dropped off at the post office. Thanks for your understanding.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion for a full refund.

Note: If I do not hear from you within 10 days of shipment - no refunds/store credit will be issued

Lead times on custom requests if items are not currently in stock:
Cold Processed Soap - minimum lead time of 4 weeks to allow for proper curing and packaging.

Hot Processed Soaps – minimum of 7 – 10 days – I feel more comfortable allowing even hot processed soaps to cure a bit.

Essential Oils: Although essential oils are natural and used in low amounts they are not recommended for pregnant women, children, or anyone with existing medical conditions. Please research essential oils, their properties, effects, benefits and cautions before using them. Because essential oils are made from the actual plant, some people may suffer from allergic reactions.
