Shipping Information
I ship within 48 hours of purchase and will notify you if there is a delay. I use usps and will ship with a tracking number. I do not typically ship with insurance but if you notify me prior to purchase that you wish to insure your package, I will adjust the price accordingly.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
All items are sold as is so please be sure to read the description and ask any questions you may have prior to purchase. Unless I have severely misrepresented my merchandise, I do not do refunds or returns. I list lots of pictures and detail and answer questions very quickly so that you're as educated about my creations as possible. If your item does break for any reason, be sure to contact me.
