SHIPPING INFORMATION ::
I will refund any shipping overage (over 1.00$USD) you may have paid via PayPal as soon as I'm home from the Post Office.
All US orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class, with Delivery Confirmation, within 72 hours of your received and cleared payment.
USPS 1st Class normally takes 3-4 business days for delivery.
!! Shipping Destinations Outside the USA !! *** !! PLEASE READ !! ***
:: International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail with a tracking number and an expected transit time of 7-14 days. Shipping USPS International Priority is, without doubt, the most reliable shipping method for the money.
:: Any Duty and/or Import Tax is the responsibility of the Customer
:: No refund will be given for 'lost' packages, so, if you would like insurance, please let me know during checkout
:: I will send an email to you at the time of your purchase to verify and confirm the shipping address. I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.
:: As required, I use USPS Customs Declaration Form when shipping outside the USA. Please be assured that I love every one of my customers very, very much xoxo ... but ... please do not ask me to mark your package as a 'Gift' on the Customs Declaration Form ~ I simply cannot afford to send everyone a gift and I am unable to afford the fines should I do this ... because it is illegal!
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
:: No returns are accepted on paper items. If you have a question after receipt of your purchase, please contact me.
:: For all other items (non-paper), I offer returns and exchanges should you be unsatisfied with your purchase. Please contact me when your package arrives should you have any questions.
:: Item(s) must be returned and received by me within 14 days after you received your purchase, sent with Delivery Confirmation, and must be received in its original received condition.
:: Original Shipping Costs will be subtracted from your refund and/or exchange and you are responsible for Return Shipping costs.
:: LOST PACKAGES ::
~ If a package goes missing I will replace the item(s). If an item(s) *cannot* be replaced I will issue a full refund. ~ Delivery Confirmation for domestic packages serves as Proof of Delivery.
~ If you report an item missing but the Confirmation indicates receipt, no refund will be issued. (Using the Confirmation #, check with your Post Master)
*Please Note: International packages are not considered 'lost' until 30 days after shipping.
