A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING: I use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with domestic delivery confirmation. **All of my rates are based on this criterion.** **IF you would like a quote for your specific item to see if I can get a lower rate, using another shipping option, please message me with the specifics.**~I hate over-packaged products, therefore I ship with a minimum amount of packaging aside from the box or mailer. I use biodegradable starch packing peanuts, which dissolve in water. I use tissue paper to pad for smaller orders that go in a padded mailer without packing peanuts. Clothing is inside a clear plastic bag, in case the mail carrier drops it or gets caught in a rain storm.If you want it shipped differently, let me know & I'll be more than happy to accommodate you, if I can.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
*NO TRADES or COD. *ALL PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE OF ORDER COMPLETION.I take PayPal. ORDERS NOT PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED. Due to a resurgence amongst the overall buying public of people getting their orders and then somehow revoking funds, I no longer take checks.*NO REFUNDS, however I will do EXCHANGE (on clothing) if once you get it, its the wrong size for you.(see exchange terms listed below) I use delivery confirmation for US shipments. You have 4 days from when you receive the item to request an exchange. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility.
~*~IF THE ITEM IS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE, YOU NEED TO BE THE ONE TO REQUEST THE EXCHANGE. LET ME KNOW IF IT IS INTENDED AS A GIFTED ITEM WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER. ~My knowing that it is a gift can affect the time frame to REQUEST the EXCHANGE.
~~*~I will not accept exchanges if they have been washed, damaged or are obviously dirty. (this includes odors)
*REGULAR CUSTOM ORDERS:I order my 'blanks' from a US owned company, so I can get them when I need them and not "when stock comes in' and still at a much better price. I can order the piece you need and have it dyed and back to you in an average of two weeks. I order my dye. I keep at least my 30 best colors in stock at all times. If I need more of a color or don't have the color you want in stock, I have to have time to get the dye to me, before I can finish it and ship it to you. That's why the 8-14 day 'finish' time. That is with THREE days to ONE week for shipping to me and THREE days to ONE week to dye it. If it is a 'blank' and colors that I have in stock, it will obviously ship sooner.
*SPECIAL OCCASION CUSTOM ORDERS:If you need to order for a special occasion, like a wedding or reunion, please place your order at least TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE of the event. If you are sending me the piece to be dyed, please get that to me at least ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE.~I want to give your item my full attention and still get it back to you in time for your special event.
