Shipping Information

My preferred shipping vendor for domestic United States shipments is UPS, and I ship within 48 hours of payment clearing. By using the same vendor, my business processes are consistent and repeatable, and I never stand in the lines at the Post Office. However, if you've had bad luck at the hands of "brown", contact me and we can make special arrangements to ensure your piece arrives sucessfully.

All orders are shipped prepaid with insurance.

My shipping charges cover the cost of the transportation and the packing materials which are purchased to fit the products. From my experience in the commercial world, having dealt with damaged shipments, I will never reuse packaging materials - that's the first reason the shipping vendor uses to deny a claim for damages. So I use new packaging, designed and sized for the product being shipped.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

When you buy one of my clocks, I want you to have it and enjoy it. If a shipment gets lost or arrives damaged, I'll work with you to solve the problem. I may need your cooperation in filing a claim with the shippinng firm.

When the claim is paid, I will repair, replace or issue a refund for your product. Which I do will be at my discretion, and is partially based on whether the item was a One Of A Kind, or one of a limited edition, and whether I have parts to repair or replace.
