Hi, I'm glad you stopped in my shop to look at the fun clocks! Knowing the time of day is so essential in our busy lives now, but clocks don't have to be the mundane objects of the past.
My designs are sleek, modern, and most important, FUN!
My preferred shipping vendor for domestic United States shipments is USPS, and I ship within 48 hours of payment clearing. All orders are shipped prepaid with insurance.
My shipping charges cover the cost of the transportation and the packing materials which are purchased to fit the products. From my experience in the commercial world, having dealt with damaged shipments, I will never reuse packaging materials - that's the first reason the shipping vendor uses to deny a claim for damages. So I use new packaging, designed and sized for the product being shipped.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
When you buy one of my clocks, I want you to have it and enjoy it. If a shipment gets lost or arrives damaged, I'll work with you to solve the problem. I may need your cooperation in filing a claim with the shipping firm.
When the claim is paid, I will repair, replace or issue a refund for your product. Which I do will be at my discretion, and is partially based on whether the item was a One Of A Kind, or one of a limited edition, and whether I have parts to repair or replace.
Will you make me a custom clock?
I'm sorry, I don't do any custom work. My metal parts are all painted immediately after fabrication (otherwise, I'm dealing with potential rust issues). The paint is electrostaticly applied powder coat epoxy, so even though I could apply some other spray on type of finish, I don't want to mess with that because it's never as nice as the powder coat epoxy. And doing custom work is really hard with a day job travel schedule like mine.
