I specialise in custom items so if you have an idea of what you would like, please contact me to discuss it - this guarantees your item will be unique.

Shipping Information

Payment within 7 days of order confirmation unless otherwise organized privately. Lay by is possible upon request BEFORE purchase.

Please advise via email when payment made. Please use your username as reference on payment.

All items posted via Australia Post upon receipt of funds. I will combine as many items into one package as possible to reduce postage costs where possible. The more items you buy, the lower postage becomes for each one!
I have another as yet untried though less expensive postage option now available, please feel free to enquire about it.

Cash available for local pickup in Adelaide (South Australia) only.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges judged on a case by case basis. Custom items with unusual names added are unfortunately not refundable.

Custom items will be prices as quoted (usually similar to those listed on site.)

Custom items in time frame as quoted, usually only a few days depending on size of motif and blank stock availability. Please allow at least 3 weeks for overseas towel orders - they take longer to create and overseas postage takes longer. Thanks for your consideration.

All items are brand new, hand sewn in non-smoking home.
