Owned by a wonderful chinese crested named "Herman" who is the inspiration for Tootlewear. I have been sewing for over 25 years and been involved in the dog world for over 20.
I enjoy creating items for our canine buddies. All of my items are worn daily by my "test pilots" Herman and his buddy Odie.
