Shipping Information

Top Floor Treasures is based in the United Kingdom, but I ship worldwide within 48 hours of cleared payment. If it is a custom order or something prevents me being able to post within 48 hours, I will let you know when you can expect your package to be shipped.

Orders within the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded unless you have requested that I use a different service and I have adjusted the shipping cost accordingly.

Overseas orders will be shipped Airmail. There will be no tracking available unless you contact me before purchasing the item to pay extra for your order to be shipped by Airsure. All orders (UK and overseas) are insured up to the value of £41 GBP.

I do my best to keep your costs as low as possible and all items are securely packaged.

I am unable to take responsibility for any customs/duty/taxes you may have to pay when your order reaches your country. Please find out what restrictions are in place where you live.

Should you have any issues, please contact me. I will do my best to help, but once your order has been shipped it is in the control of Royal Mail. In the case of missing packages, Royal Mail recommend I wait 15 days before contacting them for help. Please bear this in mind, but do let me know if you haven't received it after 7 days and I will try to find out its location for you and how much longer it will take. If it doesn't arrive at all, then I will contact Royal Mail for compensation, and you and I can work out what you want to do (replace order, complete refund, etc.)

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

In order for your purchase to be protected through Paypal, your Paypal address needs to be verified. To do that, please make sure your address on file with Zibbet matches your address on file with Paypal.

If you are not satisfied with your order when you receive it, please contact me within 7 days and let me try to put things right for you. After 7 days, all orders are final.

Extra Information

If you are based in a country other than the United Kingdom then I can only accept Paypal payments. If you are within the UK I accept Paypal payments and may be able to accept uncrossed Postal Orders - please contact me before buying to discuss if you wish to use postal orders.

I am happy to take requests for custom orders - contact me and I will let you know if I am able to do this. Custom orders may require payment up front, or a percentage up front, depending on the type of order.
