Tres Chic Designs was started by me, the designer, 4 years ago, although I have been making jewerly for over 30 years. In fact I have so many artsy bones in my body I have done all sorts of creative things and. could have a shop filled with all sorts of items, but jewelry is my one passion.
My jewelry is made with real semiprecious gemstones, Swarovski crystals, Swarovski pearls, freshwater pearls, some brands of Czech crystals, handmade lampwork beads, handmade beads from Greece, Sterling Silver, Copper, Brass and Pewter (some which have been oxidized) and gold plated beads and findings. Each design is made with the same care I would make for myself or for someone special. Most of my jewelry is one of a kind, and I have a few pieces that are limited editions.
I also create affordable wedding jewelry for the bride and bridesmaids, and always try to create something that can be worn again. Prices for these pieces when purchased for several, will in the long run, be the better deal than buying cheaper made things, as you can give these items as your gifts to the bridesmaids. You can consult with me on colors, and I usually try to use pearls and crystals on 925 silver wire with coating on it that will keep it from tarnishing, I can also do this with gold plated wire. Styles can be very simple or as elaborate as you like.
