SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class mail usually within 3 business days of cleared payment. If there will be a delay, I will notify you immediately.

Depending on the size of your order items will be shipped in a padded envelope or box. Please see individual listings for specific shipping costs. If multiple items are purchased, I will combine shipping costs.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to contact me. I accept returns within 7 days of contact. The price of the item will be refunded to your paypal account minus the cost of shipping once I receive the item back.

All pieces are made in my smoke free home.

Extra Information

INSURANCE

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. However, I am NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged by the Post Office. I highly RECOMMEND that you purchase insurance on your order to protect you, the buyer, from any losses due to Postal errors.
